ActiveDial Web can be used to allow instant access to receive and make calls directly from a desktop, laptop, or tablet using a web browser instead of a physical desktop phone or softphone application. There is no need to install anything on the computer to use this feature.

With seamless access to your mobile device’s native contact list and your company’s corporate directory, you can quickly make or receive HD voice calls over your cellular or Wi-Fi connection. Additionally, you can see your colleagues’ call presence, check voicemail, and quickly make changes to some of your PBX settings.

Find-Me / Follow-Me

Rather not use an app? With our “Find-Me / Follow-Me” feature, you can configure several pre-defined call flows to make sure you never miss a call. Unanswered inbound calls can even be forwarded to your cell phone or land line to ensure you never skip a beat. 

Call Flip

The call flip feature lets you seamlessly move an active call from one device to another. Let’s say you take an important call on your desk phone, but you need to step out. The call can be instantly moved to your mobile softphone without interrupting the conversation. This eliminates the inconvenience of asking the other party to hang up and call you back.
